Shipping policy

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. If you order after 12:00 PM, your package will be shipped the next business day.

We ship within the Netherlands using DPD. All packages are shipped with insurance. Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders of €100 or more. For orders between €29 and €100, we charge a shipping fee of €1.99. For orders under €29, the shipping cost is €6.99.

For international shipments, we use DPD, DHL, or PostNL, depending on the destination. Shipping to Germany (DE) and Belgium (BE) is free for orders of €100 or more; below that amount, we charge a shipping fee of €7.99. For other European countries, we charge a flat rate of €12.99.
